The hotel is absolutely wonderful, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant offers outstanding dishes — so delicious that even if you spend the day outside, you’ll want to come back just to enjoy the meals. We experienced a massage, which was truly unforgettable. Renting a bicycle and riding to the beach was another highlight of our stay. Overall, it was an amazing and memorable holiday. Thank you, Sunsuri! We look forward to returning next year.

First time staying in the Nai Harn Beach area. The Sunsuri is set back a short distance from the beautiful beach, however it overlooks a picturesesque lake so its location is good. Daily shuttle to the beach is very handy. Very clean rooms and friendly staff on hand when needed. The pool facilities are excellent providing shaded areas for relaxing all day by the pool. The Sunsuri is a great choice for a relaxing and convenient holiday in Nai Harn. Thank you to all the staff and management for a making us feel welcome.

We were in Thailand for a triathlon training camp and then a week’s recover holiday and the Sunsuri was the perfect location for that week. The hotel reception area hinted at the luxury of the resort with the imposing high ceiling and wall of fine blue and white ceramics. Check in was such an easy process and the staff were great. We had a lot of luggage, two couples, many cases and 4 bike travel cases and ask were loaded into the resort courtesy bus and transported to our rooms very conveniently. We were also given vouchers to use at the resort spa. Resort facilities are top notch as well, a great pool with many zones and varied depths, a water slide and 4 metre plunge platform, tiered and sheltered seating area as well as several lounge areas poolside. There is also a week appointed weights room gym and a separate cardio gym space, and a kid’s club. Our room had plenty of space, an amazing, rainfall shower and a good sized balcony with external ceiling fan for comfort. We dubbed several times at the resort and the guys was great, the included breakfast buffet was fresh and included different cuisines, chefs preparing omelettes to order, chefs for custom soup noodles and a barista for coffee. The resort is built into a hillside so, there are many stairs to contend with but, there is access to the courtesy bus if required, the bus also makes regular transfers to the nearby Naihatn beach For those keen for a little run or walk, there is a really good loop around the lake in front of the resort for an easy 2km, or extend this with a challenging hill climb up to the windmill. If you’ve more in your legs, continue down to the peaceful Yanui Beach then up hill again to Promthep, continue down hill to the Topps Daily for a Pocari Sweat and then back directly to Yanui Beach to tackle the steep side of the Windmill climb. When you get back down to finish at the lake the lock vendors should be set up and waiting. Grab a coffee, a juice or coconut for the short recovery walk back to the resort and breakfast I’d like to thank the Sunsuri staff for making us feel welcome

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunsuri hotel in July. The room was perfect, clean and the views from our room were beautiful, looking over the lake with glimpses of the ocean. Staff at the hotel are the sweetest and very attentive. Everyone greets you with a smile and eager to help with anything. Highly recommend the quiet location of Nai Harn Sunsuri. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you.

Die Anlage ist einfach wunderbar. Wie in einem tropischen Garten terrassiert angelegt mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne, aufs Meer und den See. Das Servicepersonal( aus allen Bereichen) ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend Aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns äußert wohl gefühlt. Traumhafter Pool, tolle RooftopBar, ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Die kleinen Überraschungen, Annehmlichkeiten und wundervollen Aufmerksamkeiten- zu unserem Hochzeitstag haben mich einfach schwer beeindruckt. Nach einer Woche schon voll erholt zu sein – ist äußerst selten – und es viel es uns daher sehr schwer Abschied zu nehmen. Ein Traum von Erholung mit fantastischen Erinnerungen.

The facility is just wonderful. As in a tropical garden terraced with a beautiful view of the greenery, the sea and the lake. The service staff (from all areas) is exceptionally accommodating but not intrusive. We felt extremely comfortable. Amazing pool, great rooftop bar, an excellent restaurant. The small surprises, amenities and wonderful attentions – for our wedding day I was just so impressed. Being fully recovered after a week is extremely rare – and it is therefore very difficult for us to say goodbye. A dream of recreation with fantastic memories.

Family holiday at the amazing Sunsuri

6 fantastic nights staying in a family suite which was spacious and really well presented. Warm welcome upon check in and assistance with luggage moved to the room. The room was split into two, with the main bedroom / open planned bathroom (curtains could be closed for additional privacy), and then second room had two single beds, fridge freezer and toilet. Balcony area well presented with views out towards Nai Harn beach. We were really comfortable and probably one of the nicest rooms we have had the pleasure of staying in. Staff were excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful. As you experience throughout Thailand, very polite, do anything to assist and always smiling. A credit to the hotel. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel with other guests residing & staff. Pool area was well used and enjoyed by both kids and parents – four pools merge together with one area having a water slide and diving platform – which apparently was “”fun””! There could be a lack of seating areas if the hotel was busy, but we always got a sun bed and enjoyed “”happy hour”” cocktails served by the pool bar. Also onsite is a gym, table tennis table and kids club. We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment. We ate (very) regularly at the Sail restaurant for breakfast (lots of selection), lunch and dinner. While perhaps we were not overly adventurous, the food was simply excellent and good value, amazing tastes and quality – we were very content and well catered for. We hired a car for 2 days to tour the island and I think our decision to stay here was really justified having visited other resorts and beaches. Nai Harn beach is really nice, short walk or use the hotel shuttle bus that leaves every hour. Need to be aware of the currents in the ocean – the sea on the west coast of the island is generally pretty rough. Option to take a bike out free of charge which was good fun. Only negative is the building work of a new hotel complex adjacent to the Sunsuri. All in, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel as our experience was one we will remember for a long time.
