Location & Beach Access

How far is the resort from Nai Harn Beach? 
We are located just a short walk (approx. 5–10 minutes) from the beach. We also provide a complimentary shuttle service for guests.

Check-in & Check-out
  • What time is check-in and check-out? 
    Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? 
    This is subject to room availability. We recommend contacting the front desk in advance; additional charges may apply.
  • Is a security deposit required upon arrival? 
    Yes, a refundable security deposit (via credit card or cash) is required at check-in for incidental charges.

Transportation
  • How far is the resort from Phuket International Airport? 
    The resort is approximately 60–90 minutes from the airport by car depending on traffic.
  • Does the hotel provide an airport shuttle? 
    Yes, we offer private airport transfers.
    • Private Car (1-2 passengers): Approx. 1,600 THB per way.
    • Private Van (3-6 passengers): Approx. 1,800 THB per way.
  • How to Book: Transfers can be added under “Extra Services” during the booking process or via the “Book Now” portal. Please finalize bookings at least 72 hours in advance.

    Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas.

    The pool and fitness center are generally open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
